HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. If you’d like express shipping, that’s also available for an additional fee at checkout
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
For now, we’re proud to bring SEVA to Australia and New Zealand. We can’t wait to expand further in the future!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship with trusted carriers so your SEVA ritual arrives safely.
Australia: 3–7 business days (metro is faster, regional may take longer).
New Zealand: 7–12 business days.
During peak times (Christmas, Diwali, or public holidays), deliveries may take longer. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel.
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Yes. We offer Express Post within Australia. Delivery is usually 1–3 business days (next business day in most metro areas).
Please note this option incurs an additional charge, shown at checkout, and may take longer during peak periods.
IS YOUR HAIR OIL VEGAN & CRUELTY FREE?
Yes. Our product is proudly vegan, cruelty-free, and never tested on animals.
CAN I USE IT ON COLOURED, BLEACHED OR CHEMICALLY TREATED HAIR?
Yes! SEVA is free from harsh chemicals and actually helps restore softness and shine to treated hair.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE IT FOR BEST RESULTS?
2 times a week is ideal, but even once a week will leave your hair softer and more nourished.
CAN MEN USE SEVA HAIR OIL TOO?
Absolutely—healthy hair rituals are for everyone.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
